I led a cross-functional team in the development of a customer loyalty management software platform called “Elite Club.” Unlike traditional CRM software that focuses on managing customer progress within an organization, Elite Club analyzes customer behavior, such as visit frequency, purchase amount, and interests, to make data-driven decisions that encourage customers to return and make additional purchases. The platform provides businesses with a comprehensive set of tools to manage customer loyalty programs and improve customer engagement.

  • Balancing business objectives and customer satisfaction to ensure the platform drove ROI while maintaining customer engagement
  • Managing customer data privacy and ensuring the platform complied with legal requirements
